1.0− Money scam! Warming - accommodation not provided but money taken The owner, Christophe, let us wait in front of the building without the promised keys.. The apartment should be ready at 3 PM, he knew our arrival time but we were waiting for him until 10 PM (after that we went away to find another hotel). It was paid already and he didn't even reply. Hot summer in Paris, street smell, no drink, no toilettes - just baggage and neverending waiting in front of the house for Christoph. At first he communicated ( that the apartment is not ready yet), then he quit replying and didn't answer the phone . My family lost money (+ he wanted to pay for the garage in advance ), lost the chance to enjoy Paris, lost nerves and had to pay for another hotel. Do you think the owner later sent a message to say : "I am sorry?" or I" will refund what you paid"? No, nothing and silence. That is why I think we have become the object of a scam. Don't make the same mistake as we did. Don't trust this accommodation.

10.0Easy access to centre of Paris and close to Metro and Gare du Nord. Very comfortable apartment. Christophe was very helpful and friendly.

− The sofa is not an extensible one, so it is quite hard to sleep on it. The apartment is full of owner‘s stuff which is quite strange. You hardly have some free space where you can deposit your clothes.
I will return soon .
