4.0The location was about all that was good here at the property
− Very dated, property was not clean. Swimming pool area was not good for children due to the lack of drainage causing the floor to become extremely slippery. The pool also had a very strong filter which should of had a cover over, this is a huge safety risk for children

Terrible experience and not worth the price at all.

− We had a very terrible experience during our stay. Upon check-in, the AC’s in the entire villa were not working. The WiFi was also down. The maid’s room had a portable AC with a pipe in the bathroom leading to all leaks and dirts on the floor. The floors were all dusty and having ants and the entire villa was not cleaned properly even though we were “told” that the villa was cleaned before check-in. One of the bathrooms upstairs did not have any light. The master bedroom smelled terrible from the dirty carpet which was on the floor. We informed the guest relations executive which was not helpful at all and was blaming us because we requested for the “possibility” of having early checkin (1.5 hours only) claiming that if we had checkin at 3 pm, we wouldn’t have had these issues. He then called in housekeeping men, men for the AC and men for the internet where they were fixing all the issues during our stay until 3:30 PM (we arrived at the villa at 1:30 PM). Due to the rudeness of the guest relations executive, this issue was raised to management (Abdulmuhsin) who assured us that the issue will be fixed and we will be given a compensation due to our experience. We contacted him more than once but he never got back to us. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined due to the poor management.
Everything is mind blowing, looking forward to another visit next summer inshallah.
10.0The place is spacious, clean and cool. There are two lounges. The rooms are large. The kitchen has all the equipment. The pool water was nice & warm.The view is amazing. The privacy is very high.
− It is not a disadvantage, but rather a note: - Putting garbage in every room. - Cleaning the sea a little more.
