8.0Malgré un problème d’attribution de la chambre à mon arrivée, le personnel a été très réactif et est intervenu en moins de 30 minutes pour me proposer une nouvelle chambre. Par la suite, la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas dans cette seconde chambre, ils ont pris l’initiative de me reloger dans un autre hôtel, dans une superbe chambre. On peut donc noter quelques difficultés dans la gestion des réservations et des infrastructures. Mais le personnel a su faire preuve de professionnalisme, de réactivité et a toujours proposé des solutions satisfaisantes.
