10.0Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e in una posizione comoda. Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciale alla receptionist che ci ha accolti durante il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo non conosco il suo nome, ma è stata sempre estremamente gentile, sorridente, disponibile e professionale. Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di un’informazione o di un aiuto, è stata pronta ad assisterci con grande cortesia, facendoci sentire sempre i benvenuti. Persone così fanno davvero la differenza e contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità, torneremo con piacere!
