− تجربتنا في الشقة كانت متوسطة بشكل عام. الشقة نفسها نظيفة ومرتبة، وصاحبها محترم في التعامل، لكن للأسف لم يكن متعاونًا أو مرنًا مع طلباتنا. من أبرز السلبيات أن الشقة تفتقر إلى الخصوصية، حيث إن تصميمها يحتوي على غرف مفتوحة، مما لا يوفر الخصوصية الكافية للأزواج. كما أن الشقة مكونة من طابقين ولا يوجد بها مصعد، وهو أمر قد يكون مرهقًا عند حمل الأمتعة، وشاقًا بشكل خاص لكبار السن. كذلك، أنابيب الصرف الصحي تمر داخل الشقة وليس خارج المبنى، لذلك كان صوت تصريف المياه واضحًا جدًا. فعند استخدام دورة المياه في الطابق العلوي، يمكن سماع صوت تدفق مياه الصرف بوضوح في الطابق السفلي، وهو أمر أثر على الهدوء والراحة داخل الشقة. المطبخ لا يحتوي على موقد أو طباخة، وعندما طلبنا توفير طباخة كهربائية اعتذر عن ذلك. كذلك طلبنا إمكانية تمديد موعد تسجيل الخروج لمدة ساعتين فقط بسبب موعد رحلتنا، لكنه رفض واقترح أن نغادر الشقة ونقضي الوقت في أحد المولات حتى موعد التوجه إلى المطار. التنظيف مشمول مرة واحدة فقط طوال فترة الإقامة، وأي طلب لتنظيف إضافي تكون تكلفته 500 بات لكل تنظيف. أما الموقع، فهو بعيد جدًا عن معظم الأماكن السياحية، مما أدى إلى ارتفاع تكلفة التنقل بشكل ملحوظ. بشكل عام، الشقة نظيفة، لكن قلة التعاون من المضيف، وعدم توفر بعض الاحتياجات الأساسية، وبعد الموقع، بالإضافة إلى مشكلة الضوضاء الناتجة عن أنابيب الصرف، جعلت التجربة أقل من المتوقع.

A hidden gem specially for groups & families.

The host, P. Chud, welcomed us and was extremely helpful & friendly, he guided us in whatever we needed to find/ask for & also offered us additional paid services if we needed like guided tours or simple transportation(highly recommended), the prices were also very affordable in comparison to booking with other agencies & the vehicles provided were more comfortable that what we tried with other tour agencies. The below are our highlight on the apartment: 1-Train, market, 7-11, Amazon Cafe, Michelin star restaurants/halal food options & spas are all nearby(walking distance) 2-Relaxed & calm neighborhood, so no noise specially during night 3-Very spacious, great for families with kids 4-Very clean with great air conditioner for each floor 5-Can request a maid to clean the entire apartment for few hundred baht(300 baht at the time of this review) 6-Have a washing & a drying machine room, and also have many laundries nearby 7-Great price value compared to other existing apartments Overall will definitely try it again in my next trips to bangkok

− Areas of improvements for the facility: 1-2nd floor bedroom area is open for both the 1st & 3rd floor, it would be better for privacy reasons for who they are staying in the 2nd floor to have something to separate the bedroom area(like a closed wall or at least a thick curtain) from the rest of the 2nd floor since this is where the king bed is located, the floor is already spacious so this improvements is possible. This however is not an issue in the 3rd floor since the rooms already separated by a wall. 2-The windows in the laundry room in the 2nd floor has a only a metal net which let the humidity enter the room, ofcourse keeping the door of the laundry room prevent the humidity to enter the room however it will be a better idea to add a glass window to the nets so humidity doesn't enter.

− Maybe that you can't cook, but it wasn't a problem because it's very near a market with delicious meals ready to go.
