− They didn't return my deposit for a long time until I contacted the support team.
The location and apartment lobby was great the service bad

− The staff were not flexible at all they did not give a late check out ..the staff was standing beside the door at check out time ..also the deposit they take was not responsible they charged a lot ,, although there is no mini bar in the apartment .. did not like the service
