9.0The apartment is clean and well organised. Very nice neighbourhood, around 15 mins walk to Dubai Mall, a convenient shop very close by. Mr Usama is very kind.
It is amazing place to stay as a family and I will go again and again. I would like to advise others to see how nice it

10.0بصراحه كل شي كل شي كان جميل جدا حسن الاستقبال من السيد (وقاص) انتظرنا الين وصلنا وكان شرحه وافي وكافي لتفاصيل الشقه . الشقه كانت اطلالتها على برج خليفه والنافوره الراقصه .. تفاصيل الشقه ممتازه ثلاث غرف نوم ، وغرفه صغيره للالعاب فيها شاشة وجهاز سوني 5 وديكوارتها جميله . بصراحه من افضل الشقق اللي سكنتها في دبي من ناحية الموقع والنظافه والموقف خاص .
− عدم توفر تواليت عام في منطقة الجلوس او الصاله ، يعني كل غرفه وتواليت خاص الغرفه الثالثه والصالة يضطر يستخدم احد التواليت اللي بالغرفتين الثانيه *لايوجد نظافة يوميه الا بطلب وبسعر منفصل لكل طلب
