− Сменили несколько апартаментов в Five за месяц. Единственная управляющая компания запросившая депозит. Взять наличными и вернуть наличными при выезде они отказывались. Нужно было внести депозит именно на их сайте введя там данные своей карты. Страховой депозит вернули только через 10 дней в полном размере. Где-то в заметках об этом указано, поэтому оценку за это не могу снизить. Депозит в дирхамах. Уверен что не у всех есть подходящие для этого карты. В остальном мы были довольны и апартаментами и коммуникацией с представителями компании.

Go for five hotel , don't go with mint stay

− BUT THE STAFF FROM MINT STAY WAS MISLEADING, ONE WHO CHECKED IN US. He was not properly giving info and while I asked we access the penthouse for free. He said everything in the five hotel is accessible even bohemia beach . I asked two times to confirm . But when I went there , they have charges us for the entry. 200 AED for each of us + in. Bohemia also. total of 2000 AED just for the entry to both club and beach. Very unsatisfied with staff and I think he was drunk also.
