− الفيلا باردة يفضل لو كان موجود سليبر او سجاد في بعض الغرف او الممرات

7.0الموقع مناسب والمنظر شبه محجوب بالنسبه للمعالم المجاورة ومساحة الفيلا كبيره وايضا الغرف واسعه تستقبل 8 اشخاص بالغين والخدمات متوفرة في المكان
− تجربة مخيبة للآمال للأسف كانت إقامتنا مخيبة للآمال من عدة نواحٍ. عند وصولنا كانت الفيلا غير نظيفة، وكان المسبح متسخًا ومليئًا بالطحالب، لذلك لم نتمكن من استخدامه طوال فترة الإقامة. وبناءً على ذلك لم نستخدم كراسي التشمس أيضًا. كما أن التكييف كان ضعيفًا جدًا ولم يكن يبرد الفيلا بالشكل المطلوب، مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة. والأمر الأكثر إحباطًا هو أنه بعد تسجيل المغادرة تم خصم 519 درهمًا من مبلغ التأمين بحجة وجود بقع وأضرار. نحن نعترض تمامًا على هذه الخصومات، لأننا سلمنا الفيلا بنفس الحالة التي استلمناها بها. جميع من كان معنا بالغون، وتعاملنا مع المكان بكل احترام وحرص، ولم نتسبب في أي ضرر. كما أننا لم نجلس في الجلسة الخارجية إلا نادرًا، لذلك من غير المنطقي الادعاء بأننا تسببنا في كسر الوعاء الزجاجي، ولم نستخدم كراسي التشمس أصلًا لأن المسبح كان غير صالح للاستخدام بسبب اتساخه. للأسف تم خصم المبلغ من التأمين دون تقديم دليل يثبت أن هذه الأضرار حدثت أثناء إقامتنا. بناءً على تجربتي مع النظافة، وسوء التكييف، وطريقة التعامل مع مبلغ التأمين، لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذه الفيلا، وآمل أن يتم تحسين مستوى النظافة والصيانة والتعامل مع النزلاء مستقبلاً.
