− I am writing to inform you that you booked a room at your hotel under the name [Mohammed Suhail Mohammed Al Shamsi], from [June 6, 2026] to [June 7, 2026], room number [1707]. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant technical issue that affected my comfort during my stay: the air conditioning in my room was not working.
