8.0Love the decor they've used to create a feel from a bygone era. Great central location in the old town part of Bangkok.
− The decor is interrupted by signs about the charges for anything that is removed from the room with individual price lists (tv remote, AC remote, hand soap bottle, sheets etc). Maybe they've had a bad experience with guests in the past, but it does somewhat alter the atmosphere created by the interior that they've designed. The wifi wasn't working the day we were there. Stuff happens (but with 2 teenagers they probably would have cared less if there had been no running water!)

10.0Hotel was beautiful and clean. Rooms were cozy and have an adorable film theme. Staff were very friendly and provided amenities in the room which were much appreciated. Closely located to the Grand Palace, night markets and surrounding areas.
− The location could be a little uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with the area. Although it's located near the Grand Palace, it's far from other attractions in Bangkok. During the day, there are many persistent scammers in this area. We had to firmly turn them down multiple times. At night, many people sleep outside in the neighborhood. We had no real issues with anybody, but please be aware. The hotel itself is great, and we enjoyed our stay.
A great spot to be near attractions and plenty of tips on what to see and how to get there!
8.0It was a nice friendly place, we felt welcome and enjoyed it! I would say it is great for young people, as it involvs climbing a lot of staits!
− It is a small space, opening bog suitcases would be a problem.
