3.0− The access to the parking area was extremely tight, and despite having a confirmed and paid booking, the security guard refused to let us enter. He insisted that we had to check in first, even though we had already confirmed our reservation and there was no other way to access the property, i need to reverse. There was another car was waiting behind us, I was forced to reverse in a very confined space as instructed by the security guard. Unfortunately, my car hit the wall, causing damage to the side mirror. There were also pedestrians walking behind the vehicle, making the situation even more dangerous. Thankfully, no one was injured. This entire experience was very stressful and could have been avoided with better parking access and clearer procedures for guests with confirmed bookings. It was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.

The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the elegant blend of modern design with traditional Dubai-inspired décor made the entire experience truly immersive. Breakfast was included in our package and offered an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with a smile, and eager to help whenever needed.

Very good location, outstanding staff, and a comfortable stay
8.0I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, everything was very nice. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Shayma and Ahmad for their outstanding hospitality. They were kind, professional, and always willing to help. They also offered me a late check-out until 6:00 PM for a very reasonable additional fee, which was extremely convenient and greatly appreciated.
− There was nothing major that I didn't like. If I could suggest a couple of improvements, I think the breakfast could offer a greater variety of options. Also, the elevators were a bit slow, and during busy times it seemed that the hotel could benefit from having more than two elevators. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
