I like the quite place and the supermarket is near so are the restaurants with the discounts offered for the residents staying in the apartment with delivery service is available and out of charge. I also like the creek view even though i did not get the chance to enjoy as the balcony fence is dusty and not clean which made it difficult to see. I also like the location near the promenade so you can jog and Practice some sport.

− The check in was late . I also did not get the chance to enjoy the view from the balcony ( which was the main reason for picking this specific apartment ) and that is because the glass fence of the balcony was dusty and not clean which made it difficult to see and enjoy the creek .The lack of privacy as balconies in the apartment are exposed to each other .There was a blockage in the bathtub which they could not fix and when i asked if i can change the apartment they refused. The kitchen facilities are incomplete . I had to beg for coffee pot and waited for hours to get that.the room was not clean properly some dust and hair on the ground. I also did not like to lose more money over the damage deposit . The location of the apartment is far from the down town.the price is exaggerated for the apartment specially for all the flaws it has and the fact that i had to suffer to clean and could not enjoy the creek view from balcony.i did not also like that there was no luggage storage service.
