− Заселили не в тот номер. мы бронировали номер на воду нам дали, хуже того , который мы оплатили , на запрос переселить в заказанный нами и оплаченный номер , нам отказали , сказали что он занят . В процессе проживания хотели придти и показывать номер другим .
