− The main downside was the noise. There was significant noise outside due to major construction in the neighborhood, and inside the building due to the elevator. You can hear the elevator operating throughout the day.
Fine property but with a neighbouring construction site right in front working non-stop
7.0Like most in Dubai, it follows the good quality setup and standards. The staff was friendly and support was very quick to respond.
− There is a construction site right in front of the building. The noise is non-stop and tiring. We stayed 4 nights and i couldn’t get one night of good rest. The property owners know this but chose not to inform before arrival. I would have cancelled the booking if I knew.

10.0Мы нашли лучший вариант в нужной нам локации, с отличным соотношением цена/качество. Очень понравилась онлайн-регистрация, бесключевой доступ, идеально для интровартов. Наличие 2х спален (по фотографиям выглядело, как апартаменты с одной спальней). Чуткие сотрудники башни, следящие за каждым посетителем в этом огромном многоквартирном доме, ощущение полной безопасности. Наличие парковки. И брендированных полотенец.
− Можно лучше описать процедуру заезда на своем авто. Нужно подойти на ресепшен до того, как припаркуешь автомобиль.
