− There was water left standing in the kitchen sink that looked like it had been left there for a Ajike when we checked in. The bathrooms could also do with some deep cleaning. There were clean but the floor drain in the master bathroom was not properly cleaned

Please note that there is ongoing maintenance work in apartments 3207, 3101, and 3501 in La Vie building, near our apartment 3206, which may cause noise disturbance. It is affecting all units, including the 15th floor. We will notify you once the maintenance is complete and the services are fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The estimated completion is July 2026.
Additionally, please note that there is fit-out work happening on the 36th floor, which may also cause some disturbance. The expected completion is within May 2026.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
