Some body need to be there to sort out customer problems, I couldn’t access the appartments because the access pin wasn’

− I supposed to be check in 3pm, arrived at 2:45pm after 20 hours of travelling, and they said that the appartments is still not clean and ready, checked in at 5pm, I requested for 2 hours late check out no response at all
