3.0− I would like to express my disappointment regarding our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced ongoing issues with the water supply in the bathrooms. The water pressure was very low most of the time, and on several occasions the water flow stopped completely without warning. This caused significant inconvenience and affected our overall comfort and experience during the stay. We expected the facilities to be fully functional, especially considering the standards of the property. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider an appropriate gesture in light of the inconvenience we experienced.
Never book with this agency in Dubai they are liars and unrespectful people
1.0Not like the pictures but moreover we could not enter the villa and stay outside with kids and old persons for more than 2H with 3 cars! This agent is not serious never booked with them! They are not professional, unrespectful and liars. We had to cancel after waiting so long under the sun without any solution given, unfortunately Dubai is left jnder the hands of nationalities which have no clue what respect means only jnterested by stealkng your money by all the ways. Disappointed by booking as well who was informed about the issue and did not suggest any compensation or other villa knstead those people broke all our family holidays and we went back to home disgusted by them all
− The pool was half empty of why we could see, the issue is with the non professional agency in charge to book this proprety

− أداره نخيل والسكورتي عند البوابه انهم يفتعلون المشاكل ولايعرفون شغلهم ويوقومون بالفتيش على كل دخله وطلعه كانك داخل معسر اما الباقي من جميع النواحي المكان جيد فقط موظفون الأمن
Good and i ask for extension and they gave me only half hour and by 12:00 pm the worker was knocking the door to do the
6.0− They took 5000 as a security deposit and i been calling them to refund and the guy said you need to wait a week for no reason and i ask what is the reason to wait a week just reverse the money if there is no damage and now they don’t answer me .

Villa 0-44 is in the process of demolition and will be rebuilt. According to the site supervisor, the construction is expected to take more than six months to complete. Please note that loud drilling noises may be heard from Villa 0-37 during this period. Another villa located directly opposite Villa 0-37 is undergoing renovation and work is expected to be finished at the end of JUNE 2026 as per worker at site. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
