4.0Our stay in Dubai was extremely disappointing. We did not receive the keys for over an hour upon arrival. The property had no basic amenities—no toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, or other essentials. The Wi-Fi was not working at all, and the shower was broken, making the stay very uncomfortable. We repeatedly tried contacting the host over three days. Each time, we were told that the missing items would be dropped off within an hour, but nothing was ever delivered. We waited multiple times and received no follow-through. This was the worst hosting experience we have had. Due to the lack of communication, broken facilities, and false promises, we do not recommend any properties listed by this host.

− מארח נוראי. תקשורת איומה. למרות בקשותיי לשוחח עימו, רק שלח לי הודעות. שיקר. הבטיח לתקן מייד ליקויים ולא עשה זאת במשך כל ארבעת ימי האירוח שלנו במקום. המחיר ללילה למעלה מ-400$ על דירת סטודיו מרופטת ולא מתוחזקת שלא שווה 100$ ! מזרון קשה כמו אבן, שוקע ולא ישר. צורה של קערה. ריח רע במגירות המטבח. חדר רחצה מלוכלך. צינור המזלף פגום ויש בו חור שממנו ניתזים המים לכל עבר. וילון מלוכלך עם עובש תלוי על מוט עקום. אלה דברים זולים שאפשר מיד להחליף ולסדר. זה לא נעשה למרות שהובטח. ביקשתי הנחיה לשימוש במכונת הכביסה. גם זה לא קיבלתי. להתרחק. מלכודת.
