1.0was impressed by a Pakistani employee who was the only one who assisted me, and I am truly grateful to him.
− I did not like that the location provided on Booking does not match the actual location at all. When I arrived in Dubai early in the morning and used the provided location, I could not reach UP Side. Each time, I was taken to a different place, and this continued until 10:00 AM. The location must be verified and corrected. When I finally arrived at UP Side, I was told that my reservation was not completed, even though I had already paid the full amount. I was also asked to pay a security deposit of 1,000 AED. In addition, there were no slippers provided, only one box of tissues despite my stay being for six nights, and although there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules. The cleanliness was extremely poor (2/10), and there was no luggage assistance service. I do not understand why I paid 5,000 AED for this place. This was a very disappointing experience that I will not repeat, and I will advise my friends not to stay here.”

− The lack of communication throughout my stay. I advised the iron wasn't working and had no reply. I thought there would be things like toilet roll, dish soap and sponge (to wash the dishes with) as we've had these in other apartments. The bed and pillow wasn't comfortable at all to sleep in/on.
