8.0الموقع + مساحة الفيلا + نظافة مقر الإقامة . شكراً للموظف بلال أحمد على تعاونه .
− قيمة الوديعة مقارنة بالإقامة لمدة يومين تعتبر مكلفة جداً 3000 درهم أرى أنه مبلغ مُبالغ فيه من المفترض أن تكون الوديعة كمثال 500 درهم لليلة الواحدة وهكذا .. حدث تسريب مياة من سقف الصالة وطاولة الطعام تم إخبار أحد المسؤولين عن المشكلة وتم حلها في اليوم التالي ، نصيحتي للمسؤول عن الفيلا هي عمل صيانة لأعمال السباكة فالأجواء هذه الأيام ممطرة وقد تحدث هذه المشكلة مرة أخرى .
اقامة رائعة. اكيد اذا رجعت دبي اول سكن ابحث عنه
10.0فيلا رائعة من دورين مدخلها مستقل من المواقف مباشرة واسعة ونظيفة وشرحة بثلاث غرف نوم ببلكوناتها وحمامين مع وجود غرفة صغيرة اضافية بدورة مياه وغسالة ملابس والدور الثاني مطبخ مجهز وغرفة طعام وصالة ويوجد مسبح ومنطقة العاب للاطفال خارجية الشقة واسعة تصلح للعوائل وقريبة برج خليفة ودبي مول ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب
