− DO NOT BOOK! Terrible experience. The apartment was unsafe and unhygienic — bathroom had no proper lighting, and several bulbs were not working. The place was clearly not checked before my arrival, and staff admitted they knew about the issues but failed to inform me. After reporting everything, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me for “damages” and kept part of my deposit with no proof. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Be very careful before booking — they charge premium prices for poor, unsafe conditions.

− Unfortunately, despite paying a high amount for two nights (350 OMR), this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Dubai. The issues I faced were as follows: 1. Upon arrival, we had to wait more than three hours before the suite was handed over to us. 2. There were no staff members available to assist, and we had to manage everything by ourselves. 3. The room was extremely dirty. There wasn’t even a single sealed towel in the room—no toothbrush, no toothpaste, and not even a simple bar of soap in the bathroom. 4. The door lock did not function properly, which raised serious security concerns. 5. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and did not work at all inside the room. 6. The refrigerator was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. 7. They charge AED 1000 as a deposit, and you must insist repeatedly before they provide a receipt for the payment. 8. This hotel doesn’t even deserve **one star**, let alone five stars. 9. The staff were very unprofessional, and no one took responsibility for anything; you are essentially left completely on your own. 10. Despite the long delay at check-in, they refused to offer even one extra hour for checkout and forced us to leave exactly at 11:00 AM. Overall, I was completely dissatisfied with my stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
