− The water flow in all the bathrooms was very low I couldn't take a proper shower..

10.0We just came back, we stayed for 3 nights my daughter and husband liked the place so much the pool was clean the place was comfortable and easy to use and also the staff were so friendly and fast everytime I had a complain they reply fast and make it better I really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back!!!!
المكان والمسبح الخاص لا يوجد بهم خصوصيه، الموظفين مزعجين في الإتصال على اتفه الإسباب
2.0في المرات السابقه كان المكان نظيف والمرافق نظيفه والتعامل ممتاز، ولكن في هذه المره لم يكن كذلك ،
− - الموظفين ازعجونا في كثرة الإتصال وطرق الباب في جميع الأوقات بحجة ان الاطفال يعملون ازعاج في المسبح وان الجيران يشتكون من الإزعاج، مع العلم بأنه المكان يعتبر شاليه ويحق للأطفال السباحه واللعب كونه مسبح خاص ولا يحق للجيران القاطنين بالجوار ان يقومون بالشكوى، المكان ليس للراحه بل هي شاليهات ملاصقه لبعضها البعض والضوضاء لابد منها، في حال الرغبه في حجز الشاليه للإسرخاء انصحكم بعدم حجز الشاليه والحجز في فندق اما هذا الشاليه فهو للمتعه ولا يكون هادئ بالعاده كونه لا يمكن السيطره على الأطفال في المسبح الخاص، لأنهم اطفال ولا يجب علينا تقييدهم او منعهم من اللعب فالمكان بطبيعته لا يتميز بالهدوء ولا الخصوصيه، المسبح لا توجد به خصوصيه وهو مكشوف لجميع الجيران

اقمت نص يوم ولم استطيع استكمال الاقامة وخرجت في نص الاقامة
2.0الموظف والڤيلا والمسبح
− ارضية الڤيلا نظفية شكلياً اما فعلياً كانت سيئة للغاية ، المسابح ما فيها خصوصية لا كاملة ولا جزئية ، لا يوجد فوط للمسبح ، لا يوجد ماء شرب في الغرفة ، لا يوجد مناديل في الغرفة ..
