5.0What I liked was that the unit is quite spacious.
− I contacted the host prior to arrival, and unfortunately, the person I spoke with was quite rude when I simply asked for clarification on the unit number. Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the quality of basic amenities. The toilet paper provided was extremely thin and essentially unusable. Additionally, the towels appeared old and unclean, which made us uncomfortable using them. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and substandard condition of provided items fell well below expectations.

− لم يعجبني اسلوب التعامل من قبل الموظفين - عندنا حضرت للمكان في الساعه 9:00 دخلت الساعه 11:00 تاخرو علي ف ارسال مفتاح الشقه ونحن عائله كبيره كبار سن و اطفال ولا توجد حتى عربه واحده لتساعد بها نفسك سوف تكون مجبر على حمل جميع حقائبك بنفسك - طلبت منهم وقت الخروج ساعه تعويض على الشي اللذي حصل معي و التاخير لم يعيروني اهتمام وتجمعو على باب الشقه ليخرجوني منها انصح الجميع بعدم القدوم و الحجز في هذا المكان
