THE WORST APARTMENT AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED
1.0− I don't know where to start. I personally think this is the WORST apartment and SERVICE I've ever encountered! Before arrival, they will send you a message to pay a deposit of 2000AED, until you sign that "contract" and pay, you will not receive any information. Okay. Upon arrival at the "apartment" if we can call it that, we were shocked. The apartment is in a dilapidated state. Not spent, but DECAYING. The apartment is not cleaned, hairs on the bed and bathroom, stained bed linen and bed, fungi in the bathroom and on the walls, moisture in the whole apartment, and dust? Dustpan is standard equipment of this apartment. Upon arrival, everything was photographed and reported, both to the host and to Booking.com, and the accommodation was IMMEDIATELY abandoned because it did not meet the conditions of stay. Do you think I got a positive answer? I didn't. They do not return the money even though the apartment does not meet the criteria for residence, let alone renting. The host does not respond to messages at all after the whole situation, and Booking cannot reach him because he is irresponsible and a fraud! My friendly advice is to avoid this accommodation! P.S. I am submitting all the photos below so that you don't make the same mistake as me! Unfortunately can't post more than 4 photos, but I have about 50 photos of this decaying object. Justice will take its course!
