10.0I liked this place very much: the view from the balcony, the warm pool on the roof... and I was surprised how quietly the washing machine works!

8.0Неплохое место, близко к пальме, но далеко от центра. Бассейн с джакузи на крыше просто бомба, лучшее что есть этом довольно старом доме.
− Видно что уставшая квартира. Вентиляция в ванной постоянно гудит. Холодильник почти всегда гудит. Шумно даже с закрытыми окнами, непонятно откуда такой шум идет, видимо близко к шоссе. Мусорных пакетов нет, собираешь мусор в ведро и несёшь сам в мусоропровод на этаже. Туалетной бумаги поставили 2 рулона на 4 дня, конечно она закончилась на 3й. Непонятные строгие правила чекина, когда все это проходит без участия персонала и в квартиру можно попасть просто введя код. Сначала с нас хотели взять деньги, но потом благородно сказали что можно заселиться позже и бесплатно. А ещё цена - маркетинговая уловка, по итогу выйдет дороже и ещё с залогом. Последнее правда типично для Дубая.
