Excellent location, comfortable stay in modern accommodation
10.0Location was perfect a short walk from Hikifune metro and the bus to Ueno Park. Check in and out orofess was very quick and easy. Room was very clean and functional
Spotless, family friendly, accessible, friendly home away from home.
10.0Very convenient and close to train station as well as one stop from Skytree. It is like a home away from home. The home was very clean and even provided new suppliers for the guests. It is located in the most family friendly neighbourhood. The host was also very communicative and actively provided us with necessary assistance and information. My family says we will choose The Flat 103 again in the future!

It was lovely and the entire place was very clean.

− the bed was not the most comfortable but I understand as this is an individual’s loft. Mattresses are expensive
Felt like home.
9.0The accomodation was near a lot of grocery stores, we also visited a nearby Christian church. Everything was clean and spotless, from the living room to the kitchen and bathroom. We had access to the air conditioner/heater, stove and the tv. Good views of the Tokyo sky tower especially when you walk to the main road, around a 30 minute walk to Asakusa passing the Sumida river which made it worth it. If we had to visit Japan again we would definitely stay here again. :)
