9.0The interior fit out is gorgeous! This was a lovely place to stay with ten friends. We all enjoyed home cooked meals around the big dining table - perfect way to spend New Year’s!
− Only 1 common bathroom, without a privacy snob on the door, made things a bit tricky! The rent was quite expensive.

− There are no lock on the bathroom. And I really don’t know why. If someone said that they lose the key. It is a stupid saying. Cuz now you can put the lock with no keys only a rotator Big apartment for more than 14 adults with only 2 and a half toilets This is insane

In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 70 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
This apartment is located within the area called Madrid Central, with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
For reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed.
