8.0Good price for two separate rooms. Good clean place to stay. Great for 4 person family. It has most of everything in bathroom and kitchen. Don't let the google street view discourage you of how the place look. It looks much better in person than the old google street view. Host should post an image of the property looks from the street.
− Internet connection is unreliable. Would be nice if there a is a few large or medium bowl to make instant ramen :). 15" from the nearest subway so it is a good walk. Bus is closer but cost 240 yen per ride per person. None of the preceding comment is a deal breaker for me and I would stay again.

6.0The location is great, the house was clean and the owner was prompt in responding. The supplies provided were adequate for our stay.
− The property is small and not spacious enough for 5 people. The rooms don,t have a wardrobe and the toilet, although clean, has a permanent stench that never went away no matter how much we aired or ventilated.
