1.0− We had a highly challenging stay in this old apartment with no A/C and no elevator during a 39°C Paris heatwave. The room is even much hotter than outside. The refrigerator barely worked, and only thick winter duvets were provided. This environment was unsafe for our two children, nearly causing heatstroke and making sleep impossible. We messaged the host, referencing the severe news reports of heat-related deaths in France, but despite their fast replies, they showed no empathy and refused any refund. We had to escape after the first night to find safe accommodation.

− Nachts beeinträchtigte Nachtruhe, weil das Schlafzimmerfenster über einem beliebten Treffpunkt des ambulanten Gewerbes liegt.
