7.0Ochotný a příjemný personál, celkem dobrá lokalita, obchod Seven Eleven hned naproti přes ulici, stanice metra (nadzemky) zhruba 10 minut chůze, popřípadě Grab vás odveze zhruba za 40THB až k nákupnímu centru Terminál 21.
− Hotel nemá výtah a když budete bydlet stejně jako já v nejvyšším poschodí (5patro) tak je to celkem rozcvička. Pro někoho může být problém hluk ze silnice, první tři dny jsem měl špunty do uší ale pak jsem si zvyknul. Personál je k dispozici až od 10 ráno.

− Rude, unfriendly staff Damp and mold in the room Sink blocked with broken plug Got my room wrong so charged me for a room with a balcony, but didn't have a balcony - did not offer any kind of compensation or even care They have a luggage lift which they allow guests to use, but it is incredibly noisy (sounds like a great big bang) and woke me up 3 times (after 11pm and before 6am)

− We were very shocked that the receptionist tried to get into our room at 11.30 pm on a Saturday night to return our deposit. We were sleeping. She knocked on the door several times and as we thought it was drunk people, we did not open the door. She then opened the door and let herself into our room. Completely wrong and an invasion of privacy.
