− Check in was not attended or guided. I had to wait outside for almost 1 hour for someone to let me in. The room that was given to me had previously been used but not cleaned. The bedsheet were very dirty and with cockroaches fully occupying the room. There were no AC nor Wi-Fi although it was advertised with the selected room. In overall it was so bad that I had to leave the place without any refund or compensation. Communication was very poor.
