A disappointing and stressful stay — next time, I will choose a hotel.

− Our stay was unfortunately quite stressful. Only after arriving at the building and asking via the Booking.com chat whether someone would meet us, we were told that a €1000 deposit had to be paid immediately before check‑in. At that moment, after a long trip, my family was sitting on the sidewalk waiting while I struggled with security blocks on my credit card. Entering the building was also complicated. We received a code for the first door, but the second door was locked, and we had to wait until someone came down to let us in. The interior common areas looked strange and unfinished, as if under renovation. The apartment itself seemed fine at first, but the shower only produced burning hot water. On the third day, after a short shopping trip, we returned to find the living room flooded with condensation water from the air conditioning. A disappointing and stressful stay — next time, I will choose a hotel.

1.0− The staff are very bad and we were told that the property has AC and it was very hot and the given amount for the deposit was not refunded until now and it was before 20 days
