10.0Top Lage, top Hotel. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war wichtig eine gute Lage mit nicht allzu weiten Wegen zu haben. Mit Grab und diesem Hotel alles top. Auch wenn nicht ganz günstig, war es echt top.

10.0I liked the customer service and how the staff go above and beyond for you the only down side was it’s not Muslim friendly hotel. If the toilet had bedit it would be amazing and make their restaurant halal friendly. Apart from that it was amazing.

8.0Sauber und wenn man an den richtigen Mitarbeiter gelangt auch äußerst kompetent und freundlich.
− Unser Check In erfolgte 4 Stunden später da die Zimmer nicht fertig waren. Ein Entgegenkommen erfolgte in keiner Weise. Danach haben wir uns bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter beschwert und hier wurde uns entsprechen zufriedenstellend geholfen. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel eher traurig. Im Hotel selber waren wir unten im Restaurant nicht essen. Das ist eine Küchenschlacht und hat nichts mit entspannten Essen zu tun.

9.0room was fantastic, swimming pool was great and not that busy, breakfast buffet was really really good and the location was good with young kids. Staff were all really helpful and easy to deal with.
− only one restaurant available in the evening and it had a very very expensive lobster buffet only. This meant that a dinner at the hotel would have cost nearly $500AUD for x2 adults and x2 kids, which is a bit ridiculous.
