Cumple con lo prometido, habitación con aire acondicionado, tiene shampoo, acondicionador, jabon, crema corporal. Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno esta bastante bien, va variando un poco todos los días, tiene diversos tipos de pan, cosas dulces, huevos, tocino, etc. Hay café gratis disponible las 24 horas. El metro queda a unos 10 minutos del alojamiento, que sirve para conectar con Jamaica que lleva al aeropuerto. Time square queda a unos 15 minutos. A unos 2 minutos caminando hay una lavanderia que funciona solo con efectivo, nos sirvió para lavar ropa.

− El ascensor suele tardar un poco mas de lo habitual, pero tampoco es tanta la demora. Hay poco espacio para desayunar en el comedor. Hay que esperar que se desocupen las mesas para poder comer, para nosotros no fue molestia.

Call numerous times for towels, bed linen and concierge informed me that someone would come to bring items but never showed and I had to call again. I told them the room had an odd odor. Once again they said someone would come up but no one showed up.

− Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The location and the overall appearance of the hotel are very different from what is presented in the photos online. The reality simply does not match the impression given when booking. Breakfast was terrible - extremely crowded, chaotic, and not enjoyable at all. It was definitely not a pleasant way to start the day. Another major issue is that the hotel has only two elevators for 187 rooms. At times, we had to wait around 10 minutes just to get an elevator, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel of this size. On top of that, our room was not cleaned even though we were out of the hotel from morning until evening, which was very disappointing.

We liked the location which is why we chose this particular hotel as well as the cost.

− The outside of the facility was misrepresented in photos as it was covered in scaffolding. There was no outside seating for breakfast like in the pictures. The breakfast area was very small and not enough seating. The size of the room was smaller than expected and due to our neighboring room smoking habits, my children were exposed to the smell.
