Convenient location, excellent staff, food at restaurants was solid.
10.0One staff member saw me and my son wet and bedraggled from our ride leaving us 5 blocks from hotel in the rain (pay attention, self!) and found me later with a small gift from the hotel. A manager was super kind, even finding an extra hour for late checkout when my train was delayed. They gave good recs for coffee shops and helped me find a dog park. Room was surprisingly large for NYc. So, a lot to like.
