A decent hotel with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms, but soundproofing and breakfast service could be improved.
8.0The staff was friendly and pleasant, special kudos to a doorman who helped with a luggage a lot, the room was clean and there were enough space for baggage, they also have filtered water inside
− the room isn’t soundproof, so you hear all the noise outside, also for some reason during my entire stay there were a huge laundry basket in the hallway right next my door , which wasn’t kinda comfortable, also the restaurant staff ask you to finish your meal till the 10:30 am, so you feel rushed and can’t properly enjoy your breakfast
Excellent 7 night stay
10.0Very pleasantly surprised at the extremely comfortable firm mattress and pillows.. as seniors we enjoyed good nights sleep the 7 nights we were there. The staff throughout the hotel from the reception to the cafe staff to housekeeping were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and it's surrounds despite the haze.
− We were in a loft room we shared with our son whose only criticism is that the aircon vent needs to be altered so cool air is channeled to that loft sleeping area as it gets warm even with the aircon at full blast in the main room at the bottom. Also a power point to charge your phone in the loft area would have been handy. Lots of great local hawker food in the area.

− Le camere sono ordinate ed essenziali. Mi e’ piaciuto il sistema che consente l’accesso ai piani in ascensore solo tramite badge in quanto rappresenta una sicurezza maggiore.
