A real treat which left us with a very positive memory of Singapore
10.0We loved our week-long stay at One Farrer - the joined rooms meant that our family of 5 could comfortably stay close together but still have our own space. The swimming pools were amazing, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and we really enjoyed the extra perks of Skyline access. What made it for us though was the warm hospitality of Malek who was so kind to us and made us feel very welcome. He went out of his way to make sure we were looked after which.

9.0Location. And the gym and pools are great. Sauna pool, cold dip pool, plentiful towels for use at the poolside. Opening hours for gym - 24 hrs. Rooms are clean and made up in time.
− No halal breakfast, but that's okay cos little india is within walking distance.

10.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional 7-Night Stay at One Farrer Hotel – Outstanding Hospitality by Mr. Malek We recently stayed at One Farrer Hotel Singapore for 7 nights, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality and personal attention we received at the 18th Floor Lounge, especially from Mr. Malek, the Lounge Manager. Mr. Malek went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. He made sure that every interaction felt personal rather than simply being another hotel guest experience. His team on the 18th floor was equally courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. After spending 7 nights at the hotel, we genuinely felt like we were being looked after by people who cared about our experience. Whether it was breakfast, evening refreshments, or simply having a friendly conversation, Mr. Malek and his team consistently made us feel special. It is rare to come across hospitality where the service feels so sincere, and Mr. Malek is a perfect example of how an exceptional manager can elevate an already great hotel experience. A special thank you to Mr. Malek and the entire 18th Floor Lounge team for making our Singapore trip even more memorable.
