1.0− 100% unresponsive, despite multiple attempts throughout 2 days and even emails. It's all an automated message for check in and that's it, that's the last you hear from them.

− The room was near the road so in the middle of the night I could hear someone accelerating their car which woke me up quite a few times..

− 2樓的某一間男性盥洗室滿狹窄的，置物空間與蓮蓬頭太近了，乾淨的衣服很可能濕掉

6.0The location, fast self check in, they have sent the code through email. Value of money.
− The room is clean but it is very small, no place to keep the suitcase except in the corridor. Only 2 bathrooms available serving almost 5 rooms!!
