Es super céntrico y pues esto ayuda mucho.

− En la entrada hay un bote de basura, y hay muchas cucarachas tanto en la escalera al piso como en las paredes de la entrada, a veces hasta en el piso. El AC del living room un día empezó a gotear tanto q mojó mucho la sala. Se lo comunicamos al host pero nos dijo q por ser fin de semana no tenían a quien enviar y no usaramos el AC

La ubicación genial esta en pleno centro, pero tener en cuenta que es peatonal y los taxis llegan a 2 cuadras.

− El departamento que tome esta en el tercer piso y no tiene ascensor. para acceder se usa una app del teléfono, y para usarla necesitas hacer el checkin de todos antes.

Location. You pay for location.

− Everything else. We were a group of 4 women. To begin this RB&B y manage by a Company not a person. By the time we arrived to Madrid, we were traveling for 20 days staying in RB&B from Budapest and along Croatia. And always we deal with the owners and everything was totally confortable, clean and always willing to help. In this case as soon we land in Spain they send us a message saying that we have to let a deposit of 500 euros or they not allow to enter and bloked the key (electronic figure). So, please be aware that there is deposit to pay before they let you in. The cost of two nights was 419.40 euros. So to begin we were arriving and they just come up with the deposit money; we had to go personally to the office because through the app they send to us (in that moment) we could not. Once solve this, we get into the apartment; cleaning bad from the stairs. We found cockroaches outside the apartment and inside the apartment. The coffee maker was dearty full of coffe cases. The cleaning utensilies in the balcon. The coach very dirty and so on. And finally when we left the aparment and back to our country; I had a lot of problems to return the Deposite Money. They could not make through the credit card... so I have to give them a Bank Account and I am receiveng 70 euros, aprox, less that really paid because I do not know. they say the bank!! and I had to sign a paper before received the money saying that everything is ok. The ammount in the paper is not in fact what i am receiving. To Bad. They just washed their hands.

Die Lage war gut.

− Die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen nicht der Realität. Kakerlaken im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung, Ein schmutziges, fettiges, verbranntes und unbrauchbares Sofa Ein billiger Haartrockner, der Rauch entwickelte und die Gefahr eines Stromschlags barg – sowie das Unverständnis des Personals, keinen brauchbaren Ersatz-Haartrockner zur Verfügung zu stellen, Ein Duschboden, der an Schutt erinnerte und barfuß nicht begehbar war.

buen trato, respuesta y atención del personal. La vivienda no me gustó.

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal. El departamento no me gustó era interno y su estado estaba bastante deteriorado. Si bien el personal y la empresa respondieron bien a los problemas, y ante la no disponibilidad del departamento elegido me cambiaron la propiedad, la misma no me gustó nada. Repito la respuesta fue buena ya q hicieron el cambio y me van a reemplazar parte del dinero pero la estadía en Madrid no fue la esperada.

− la propiedad en general, el estado, el ser interno y tener 1 baño menos de lo elegido. Siendo 4 personas es un problema.

automatische sleutel (met code of telefoon) is heel praktisch en werkt goed. Locatie is top. vlakbij winkels en barretjes. appartement is oud en dus gehorig op de gang, maar geen hindernis. Prima bedden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar met groepje van 4.

− het inchecken lukte niet ivm het uploaden van de persoongegevens. Dus het duurde erg lang voordat we de code kregen. Personeel was wel heel behulpzaam
