− 夜中にテルミニに到着したのでわかりづらかった。 またネットから施設と部屋のドアを開けるのが説明不十分、且つ施設内のwifiが弱いのか全然機能しなかった。 不安だったので前日に不安を伝えると。 yesとperfectしか返信がなかった。

− Camera un po’ retró… e climatizzatore molto rumoroso tanto da non consentire un buon riposo.
Central, buen precio y fácil comunicación
9.0La ubicación fue ideal para explorar Roma y estar cerca de Termini. La gente es muy amable y fue facil hacer el check-In. Recomiendo totalmente si buscas un alojamiento simple pero bonito y tranquilo.
Worse costumer service
1.0− Horrible experience! Disregard for the customer and lack of communication. I had sent a message asking if it would be okay to check in at midnight and they said yes. I stayed at the hotel door, late at night, and it is not a safe region, feeling completely vulnerable. Finally, I had to pay for another hotel to sleep. Total disregard for your customers and lack of professionalism in communication. Not enough, I didn't receive the refund of the city fee that was paid. Really don't recommend this place
