8.0No fue en esta estadía fue a mi llegada a la ciudad el día 23Agosto use el servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto el muchacho de la van fue extremadamente simpático y servicial al igual que la muchacha del caunter
− En esta estadía el día del check in recibí un correo avisando la cancelación de mi reserva al contactar el hotel me notificaron que tenia hasta las 6 de la tarde para llegar o procedían a cancelarla me encontraba en el Sawgrass mall y tuve que dejar mis compras para llegar al hotel a esa hora me pareció fuera de lugar por que yo ya me había hospedado el día de mi llegada a Miami y en la llamada garantice mi asistencia En esta estadía no desayunamos por que nuestro vuelo era muy temprano pero el día de mi llegada si y fue decepcionante ver que ahora no tienen estación de panquecas tenias unos wafles pre elaborados y los mismos estaban duros viaje con una niña que lo único que desayuna es eso y no pudo comer esto no es tan grave pero es un detalle para los que viajamos con niños

9.0Tolle große und saubere Zimmer. Alles ziemlich frisch und neu renoviert. Pool ist sauber, Handtuchliegen sind auch vor Ort vorhanden.
− Frühstück war schnell vergriffen und hat lange gedauert zum auffüllen.
