− В номере за окном дико гудел кондиционерый блок от соседнего номера. Сам номер очень маленький
It’s budget friendly but not comfortable and room is small.

10.0Отличное место расположения, в самой серенине Истикляля. При этом очень тихо. Окна моего номера выходили на соседнее здание. Уютный, достойный номер. Очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая команда!

− Hanno cancellato la mia prenotazione a poche ore dal check in, mi hanno inviato un messaggio dicendo di non presentarmi in struttura perché non avevano più camere e hanno cancellato anche il transfer che avevo prenotato con loro dall aeroporto all hotel.

7.0Очень хорошее расположение прямо на Истикляль. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Цена низкая
− Отель бронировали в спешке так как отель который выбрали внезапно отменил бронирование. Все очень скромно, я бы в него не вернулась. Плюс уборка была ужасная - звучит невероятно но в душе на полу лежал окурок и чья-то невидимка🙈 тратить время на разбирательства не хотелось, просто убрали сами, но было неприятно потом находиться, ждала выезда, хорошо через 3 дня нужно было уезжать на острова

10.0The staff at Hotel Mara are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicate very well in English. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs and make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities in the room are excellent, and having a water dispenser available at reception is a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. A special mention goes to Omit and Mina, who were particularly attentive and kind. I was especially touched by how warm, caring, and affectionate they were with our little 2.9 kg furry baby. It truly made our experience even more memorable.
− There was a slight smell in the room when we first arrived however, this was addressed immediately, and we were promptly offered a change of room, which we really appreciated, The new room on the top floor was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, however the bedroom itself was slightly smaller. The situation was handled efficiently thanks to Omit. The rooms on the lower floors did not have this issue, and overall it seems like something that can be easily resolved with the use of air purifiers.
