Fun trip. First time in Amsterdam.

5.0W Hotel Amsterdã double charged my stay. Terrible communication with them. They wrongly charged twice my 1 night stay; I’ve already sent 2 emails asking to correct this and made a phone call explaining to the staff but nothing has been done yet.

Not what we expected.
2.0Great location .
− We found black hairs (which looked like a males bead hair) all over the sink surfaces and all in the corner of the sink. This then lend us to check the rest of the room. The floors had not been cleaned / hovered. The fridge hadn’t been replenished. The coffee machine still had water in the water dispenser. We also found a liquid stain on the side of the bed frame.
