− The construction site is on the way from the station to the hotel you have to detour a bit and there are no signage or anything

− sotto i letti era sporco e per un hotel a 4 stelle non me lo aspetto ,30 minuti dal centro in metro, perché penso faccia un giro esterno, invece in bicicletta o bus molto vicino,

8.0Das Hotel war außerhalb von Amsterdam, es war herrlich ruhig. Die Innenstadt war mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wirklich sehr lecker. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen war sehr groß.
− Die Flure zwischen Aufzug und Zimmer waren ein bißchen dunkel.

Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival. If this is not possible, the deposit paid will be reimbursed and the reservation has to be paid in full prior to check-in, either by cash or a different credit card.
Child-policy: when traveling with children it is mandatory to book a triple or family room. The maximum amount of people per room, 3 or 4, is including children. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 2-person bedrooms are only suitable for 2 adults + 1 baby. Baby cots upon request available til 2 years old.
