9.0Location is great. It’s very close to Maxwell MRT which gets you anywhere easily. Mr. Woo was fantastic and very attentive, friendly and helpful all the time and made the stay convenient and comfortable.
− Internet is slower than expected and during evening hours it was slow.

8.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. As we are from Sri Lanka, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the extra care they showed toward my parents. The staff helped my parents a lot and made sure they were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more special. We are very grateful for all their help and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

9.0I like that it is very convenient, nearby to maxwell mrt and Chinatown area. Staff are so nice, especially Tony, they also let us left our luggage after check out so we can still tour around while waiting for our bus.
− They let us check in early since the room is ready. Everything is clean except the bathroom, not clean enough
My stay was extended several times and the hotel provide the necessary bare essentials
10.0Location is great and quiet. The front desk personnel were terrific and very helpful. Woo was extremely accommodating.

10.0El personal era muy atento y amable. Nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación sin ningún coste, aunque estuvimos solo una noche y fuimos solo para dormir pocas horas, fue todo perfecto.
− Quizas el aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido, pero se puede dormir perfectamente
