サウナの聖地の一つ
8.0カプセルホテルとしては一般的なものですが、サウナが有名なため多くの方が利用されていました。休憩スペースも非常に快適でした。上野に泊まり、サウナが好きな方でしたら間違いなくおすすめです。ただ風呂場含め特別綺麗というわけでもないので、一般的な良いカプセルホテルと思われると良いかと思います。

8.0概ね清潔で快適に過ごせましたが、浴場の更衣室ゾーンにあるロッカーが少なすぎ、脱いだ服が溢れていました。サウナは1室のみなので私が利用した週末はほぼ常に満員状態でした。また、施設内に飲食物持ち込み不可なのはいいのですが、施設内でも何か軽食（おやつとかカップ麺とか）を販売してくれるといいなと思いました。もしかしたらどこかで販売していたのかもしれませんが、わかりにくかったです。また、チェックイン時に施設の使い方について全く説明してくれないところですので、初めはやや戸惑うことがあるかもしれません。
