2.0I didnt like the fact that they did not respond to an email from december 2018 requesting to cancel the booking until after I would have already checked in

10.0The room was as anticipated - large by Japanese standards with an incredible mural throughout. Amenities were provided, including ear plugs as the area was a bit noisy.
Poor service, do not stay here.
6.0Poorest service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Not responsive at all.The neighbourhood is great, so would recommend the area, but not the hotel
First night in Tokyo
8.0Close proximity to the Train station. Friendly and easy check in. Trendy and functional room. Only downside was that elevator was out of order which was tricky up a narrow flight of stairs with big suitcases... But overall it was good and we'd go back again!
