Great place to stay with excellent service.
9.0We like the relative newness of the building, and it’s designed which includes large open air spaces halfway up the building with a lot of greenery. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It happens to be a two minute walk to a train station which is a direct line at the airport, and the total trip to it from the airport is about 50 minutes and five dollars, which makes it preferable to a Taxi. The customer service team was great in particular Bryan. Our room was called a junior suite and had some views over the city and towards the harbour. That location is closer to the business district, however there are food markets five minutes away and a good selection of places to eat.
− We would have preferred the same room that we had, but with the option of twin beds.

8.0Excellent location and comfortable stay
− Couldn’t check in even when we arrived after 5pm because the room was not ready. Also, didn’t note the request given at time of booking to have separate beds for mother and son.
