10.0O café da manhã é completo e saboroso. O quarto é de tamanho bom e a cama muito confortável. O isolamento acústico do quarto é bom. O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem no verão. O banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro tem temperatura e vazão agradáveis. A localização do Hotel permite caminhar até as atrações de Barcelona. Nas imediações do Hotel existem restaurantes muito bons. Há um ponto de táxi na porta do Hotel. A piscina no topo do Hotel é perfeita no verão de Barcelona, após um dia de caminhada. A gentileza da equipe da recepção é admirável: Alex, Murad, Evelin, Martina e Agnes
− Claro que tudo pode ser melhorado. No verão poderiam oferecer, continuamente, água para beber nos quartos. O café da manhã poderia começar a ser servido mais cedo, às 6:30 ou 7:00 h, para os hóspedes com vôos internacionais com saída pela manhã.

− Badeværelserne på delux rummene. Dårlige afløb, bruser og vand. (Længe om at blive varmt, lavt tryk og brænder, hvis man bruger håndvask eller toilet imens.
